RETURN POLICY

All requests for return must be raised within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of goods. All goods are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode.

RETURN VIA ONLINE STORE AT PERNELLE.COM

Items purchased online can be returned by submitting return request via the online store, within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of goods. Thereafter you would need to return the items within 7 days from the date of approval. Please follow the steps below for return via online. PERNELLE.COM online store credit is the only form of refund available for any return request done via online. The online store credit can only be used at PERNELLE.COM and NOT in any of the PERNELLE retail store or departmental store. The online store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used to offset purchase made online at PERNELLE.COM. It can take around 2 to 5 business days for the online store credit to be issued. Instructions on how to use your online store credit for purchase will be sent to you via email. You can then use the online store credit for your desired purchase.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE FOR RETURN VIA ONLINE STORE AT PERNELLE.COM

Step 1:

Log in to "My Account" at PERNELLE.COM and view your order history.

Step 2:

Select the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. You will then be asked to indicate the reason for return. Your request for return is completed once you submit the request. A Return Request Number will be generated for your reference.

Step 3:

PERNELLE.COM will review the request to return the item(s). This should take approximately 2 business days. To speed up the return process, please quote your Return Request Number, Order Number, together with images showing the front, back, top and the base of the item(s) and email to cs@pernelle.com. Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation number via email will be sent to you with instructions to return the item(s). Should the returned item(s) be deemed not in its original condition, PERNELLE.COM reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost. Once we have received your item(s) in its original condition, we will issue the online store credit to your PERNELLE.COM account.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that item(s) purchased via PERNELLE.COM can only be returned online. Item(s) purchased from PERNELLE.COM is not eligible for returns at any retail or departmental stores.

PERNELLE.COM does not provide any exchange services online. Any returns for exchange purposes will be refunded via online store credit for new purchases.

All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the shipper when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which PERNELLE.COM is unable to determine.

All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and tickets. For any returned item(s) deemed not in its original condition, PERNELLE.COM reserves the rights to return the item(s) at the customer's cost. PERNELLE.COM's decision shall be final.

All promotional, sale and discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All are exchangeable for online store credit only. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return, the current selling price will be binding.

Any form of price adjustment to previous order(s) is not applicable.

RETURN STATUS

You are able to check the status of your return through “My Account”. Please log in to "My Account" at PERNELLE.COM and view your order history. Please select the order number that you choose to return and the available status will be updated beside the request item.

Returned & Shipped     -Your Return Request is being processed, approved or completed

Shipped  -Your Return Request had been rejected by our Returns Department or you have cancelled your request.

REPAIR POLICY

PERNELLE.COM does not provide any overseas repair services.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online store credits are applicable only for online purchases at PERNELLE.COM. They are not applicable for use in any of the PERNELLE retail stores or departmental stores.

Online store credits are set to expire three months from date of issue, without notification. For expired online store credits, no other form of refund will be provided and extension of validity date is not applicable.

Online store credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non refundable and non exchangeable. They cannot be used for purchase of any gift vouchers.

Online store credits will be directly credited into your PERNELLE.COM online account and can be used immediately upon receipt.

Online store credits are tagged to your PERNELLE.COM online account and are non-transferable.

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are applicable on any merchandise redeemed with PERNELLE.COM online store credits.

Any unused value can be used in your future purchase, subjected to online store credit’s expiry date. Should the purchase amount be less than the value of the online store credit, the balance will be stored for future use when you checkout.

Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require payment via credit card or PayPal for the balance due.
