REGISTRATION

Registering on PERNELLE allows you to create an account, which allows you to check on the status of your order, and faster check out for future orders. You can register for an account on the top of website. Once you are a registered user, simply click "Sign In" on the top right of the homepage to access your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click "forgot my password" when signing in to reset your password.

ORDERING ONLINE

To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Products on www.pernelle.com are sold on a first come first served basis.

Your item is not received once you add to cart. Once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING

Prices are displayed in either Hong Kong dollars or US dollars on PERNELLE.COM, depending on which delivery destination is selected. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars and all transactions are billed when the order is received.

Please note that the actual price charged is subject to exchange rates applied by the card issuer. Please check with your credit card company for related issues.

To provide a safe payment environment, PERNELLE.COM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects your payment information during transmission.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Product prices displayed on PERNELLE.COM are exclusive of taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Please contact your local customs office for customs policies and current charges before you purchase.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

Your tracking number is provided and can be found in the confirmation email and also on your personal account page. Please follow the links in the email to our shipping partners’ website to check on the delivery status.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After your order is placed, 1-3 working days are needed for processing and packaging. It is estimated that orders will be delivered in two (2) to seven (7) working days after processing and packaging is completed.

In certain regions, custom offices may take additional time to inspect parcels and delivery time of some orders may be affected.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PERNELLE will accept returns for handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must also include the dust bags with original tags attached. Handbag with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your handbag for an alternate color, please email cs@pernelle.com .

REQUEST A RETURN

If you woule like to request a return, please send email to cs@pernelle.com with following information:

  • Order number
  • Your email

Our CS team will contact you for return arrangement within 2 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE

All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by PERNELLE and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by PERNELLE and will be subtracted from any refund due.

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customers duties due payable, PERNELLE will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by PERNELLE. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

Normally the return of the product to PERNELLE takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country's customs officers, the PERNELLE product could be held by the boarder for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, PERNELLE is unable to offer a refund until the handbag is safely returned to our logistic depot.

PAYMENT

All payments made on www.pernelle.com are secure. You may pay by credit card, Paypal or alternative payment method specified to your geographical location.

Payment via bank transfer, check or COD are not accepted. We do not accept orders via telephone at this moment.
