PERNELLE will accept returns for handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must also include the dust bags with original tags attached. Handbag with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your handbag for an alternate color, please email email@example.com

All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by PERNELLE and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by PERNELLE and will be subtracted from any refund due.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customers duties due payable, PERNELLE will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by PERNELLE. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Normally the return of the product to PERNELLE takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country's customs officers, the PERNELLE product could be held by the boarder for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, PERNELLE is unable to offer a refund until the handbag is safely returned to our logistic depot.
